SPICE OF JADE

ABOUT

What began as a personal journey has become a mission. Spice of Jade was created out of Kierra's own experience raising two neurodivergent children and the gap she saw in how parents are supported through the special education system. This program exists so no family has to walk into an IEP meeting alone.

Our Process

    Learn Your Rights

We start with education. Understanding IEPs, 504 plans, and special education law is the foundation of confident advocacy.

    Prepare with Purpose

You'll receive checklists, communication templates, and a personalized advocacy packet built for real meetings, not just theory.

    Build Confidence

Practice communicating with school staff so you walk into every meeting knowing exactly what to say and ask for.

    Grow Together

Join a cohort of families navigating similar experiences. You are not the only one figuring this out.

WHAT SETS US APART

Lived experience shapes everything we build. This program comes from a parent who has sat in those meetings herself. We believe every family deserves to feel prepared, heard, and supported, not just informed.

LET’S GET STARTED

Every family deserves to walk into that meeting prepared.
